Price is per person, VAT is included. Lunch and dinner buffet are included in the price.
We offer a 10% discount for purchases of more than 7 tickets.
You can order tickets and register to PIDA conference on this website, but you pay tickets through your bank or online bank. Upon placing the order, a summary of your order will be sent to the e-mail address you provided in the data, with information for the bank transfer.
You will receive the ticket in the entrance lobby of Auditorium in Portorose on the day of the conference. Young visitors and students will be asked to present their ID that proves their age and status.
In case of cancellation 3 days or less before the conference the admission/ticket fee could not be refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Please, note that number of seats in Auditorium is limited. We kindly suggest visitors to reserve the entrance to the conference by buying the ticket in advance.

To be able to send you the invoice we kindly ask you to send us the name, address and VAT identification number of payer or company. Add it to notes when paying or send it to our e-mail pida@pida.si. We shall send you the original invoice by the mid of December, after the PIDA conference.
In case you will pay your ticket less then 3 days before the conference, please bring the bank payment confirmation with you to PIDA conference.
Privacy Policy (GDPR)
The Seller undertakes to protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of the users of the online shop. The personal data collected will be used by the Seller exclusively for the provision of the services offered. The Seller respects the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of the users of the online shop and will take all necessary measures to protect them from any breach and abuse. The personal data of users is one of the areas to which the Seller pays the utmost care and attention, as it is aware of the sensitive nature of this area.
USE OF PERSONAL DATA
For the purposes of providing the services offered by the Seller, the Seller collects, manages, processes and stores the following User data:

> delivery addresses
> company or legal entity name (if the user is a legal entity)
> legal entity tax number (if the user is a legal entity)
> e-mail address (username)
> password in encrypted form
> contact telephone number
> country of residence
> other data voluntarily entered by the user in the forms in the online shop
> other information that the user voluntarily adds subsequently in his/her profile
The Seller shall not be liable for the correctness, completeness and up-to-dateness of the data entered by the Users.
COOKIES AND IP ADDRESSES
At the beginning of each use of the online shop, the Seller assigns each user a cookie for identification, shopping basket monitoring and traceability purposes ("cookie"), which is stored in the server's memory only for the duration of the visit to the online shop and is deleted after one hour of inactivity. The retailer may also store on the user's personal computer certain persistent cookies, such as the user's identification number in encrypted form for recognition the next time the user visits the online shop or the product ratings, which let the user know which products have already been rated, and, indirectly, cookies from the external service Google Analytics, which are used to analyse visits to the website. The Seller may use this data in an anonymised aggregated form for the purposes of statistical analysis. For the purposes of ensuring online security, the Seller also collects the IP addresses from which users access the online shop.
DECLARATION ON THE PROTECTION OF THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL DATA AND THE PRIVACY OF USERS
The Seller is obliged to protect the personal data of the users of its online shop in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data. Under no circumstances will the Seller disclose the personal or other data of the User to a third party without the User's express permission, or allow a third party to access the personal or other data of the User, unless required to do so by the public authorities, if such an obligation is provided for by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary for legal proceedings before the courts or other public authorities and for the protection and pursuit of the Seller's legitimate interests.
All personal and other data provided by the User when logging in to the Online Shop, as well as when ordering the purchase of products, including the content of orders, will be protected in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data. The Seller will not use this information for any purpose that would in any way harm the User or any other person involved. The Seller will not use the User's data to send promotional emails or other unsolicited promotional material, except to send those promotional notices to which the User has subscribed or consented. The Seller may use the data in anonymised aggregated form for statistical analysis purposes. The confidentiality of personal and other data of Users will not be violated in any form.
The Seller will only provide the necessary information for the delivery of the products purchased in the online shop (recipient's details and delivery address) to the delivery service (e.g. Post of Slovenia, DHL, UPS, etc.). The Seller will contact the User by e-mail if this is necessary for the completion of the purchase in the online shop, and only via the contact telephone number if there are any problems during the registration or purchase process in the online shop.
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
All persons employed by the Seller on a full-time or part-time basis who have access to the personal and other data of Users are aware of the obligation to protect the confidentiality of personal and other data and are obliged to comply with these provisions on the protection of the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of the Users of the Online Shop. The obligation to protect personal and other data shall apply indefinitely, even after the termination of the relationship with the Seller.
Registered users may stop using the Online Shop at any time and may cancel their registration. They do so by notifying the Seller of the cancellation in writing. Before giving notice of cancellation of registration, the User must pay to the Seller all outstanding obligations arising from purchases made in the Online Shop. The Seller will protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of the users of the online shop within the scope of this Privacy Policy, even in the event of cancellation of registration.
